Join me for a month long exploration of the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga.
This 4 week workshop will provide a basic framework and foundation for those completely new to yoga from which you will feel confident to start attending classes and practice yoga regularly.
Together we explore the primary poses through the shapes, movement and breath using props such as blocks, blankets and belts.
Suitable for all types of bodies and ages this workshop will help you discover how to adapt the practice of yoga for your body. Each class will conclude with a 10 minute guided Savasana (relaxation).
