Vinyasa Flow 4 Week Workshop
Start Dates: June 6th, July 4th & August 1st
Vi= sequence + nyasa= to place in a special way. A series of asanas is linked together in a flowing form by means of the breath and intention. This practice cultivates awareness, mindfulness and presence, as well as the excitement of new and challenging poses and sequences. It is a challenging alignment-oriented practice that develops strength, flexibility and balance in equal proportions.
