Join me for a Gentle Spring Detox and Cleanse for the month of April

The weather is warming and the humidity is increasing in South West Florida as Spring arrives. The days are becoming longer and we are increasing our level of activity.  Our bodies also mimic this cycle and we are ready to shed extra winter weight and any heaviness that we accumulated over the cold season. Spring is naturally a time for cleansing and we can support our body, mind and spirit during this time with yoga and Ayurveda. In Ayurveda we do a cleanse four times a year, with each seasonal change, but Spring is the most important one and includes yoga, dietary choices, self-massage and other rejuvenating practices.

The Gentle Spring Detox & Cleanse includes:

  • Spring Cleanse Ayurveda Workshop: Friday, April 1st 5:30-6:30

We will start the month with the Spring Cleanse Ayurveda Workshop. It will include an introduction to Ayurveda, finding your body type and the traditional Ayurvedic meal plan for cleansing.

  • Unlimited Monthly Yoga Pass: Two classes is suggested

Included in the price of the Gentle Spring Detox & Cleanse is a Unlimited Monthly Yoga Pass.  I would suggest attending at least two classes each week. 

  • Weekly Support and Practice Tips: Weekly

At the beginning of each week you will receive an email with a tips, recipes or yoga poses to practice at home to further support your Gentle Spring Detox and Cleanse.

  •  Personal Guidance and Support: As needed, as much as you need!

I will available to you to answer any questions you may have outside of class time or to support you in anyway during this month. Have a question about a yoga pose? Aren't sleeping well? Feeling tired and crabby? Lets figure it out!
