The practice of yoga has been inspiring Nadine's life since 2003 through movement, intention, reflection, and internal exploration. Nadine has completed her 200 Hour National Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainings through Well Heart Yoga Studio in Cape Elizabeth, Maine and her 500 Hour Masters of Ayurveda Digestion and Nutrition with John Immel of Joyful Belly in Asheville, North Carolina. She continues to be inspired to grow her practice and teachings with ongoing trainings, continued study of yogic philosophy and anatomy and physiology education.

Nadine brings her bright personality, creative sequencing, and love for the practice of yoga to each class she teaches.  She encourages and welcomes all levels to join her classes and believes that yoga is for everyone.  Expect to move with thoughtful engagement and to challenge yourself to be present with your breath and body throughout class.

Yoga and Ayurveda have provided Nadine the opportunities to further explore her relationship with her self, her community and the world around her. She believes that practice involves and evolves into more than just asanas and carries the wisdom and awareness that is cultivated through the poses, breath and meditation off her mat. 

As studio owner and yoga teacher, she is thrilled to be able to offer the Englewood community a space to practice and collectively engage in their spiritual growth and path to better health and wellness.
