 Wednesdays at 10:15 

Morning Meditation includes a 10 minute walking meditation to help quiet and focus the mind followed by a 40 minutes nature themed guided meditation while resting in savanna. This class is perfect for anyone needing to relax and destress.

Yoga Nidra

Sundays at 5:00pm

Yoga Nidra is a systematic guided relaxation of the entire body.  It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to two hours of sleep! This class provides those seeking an hour of self-care in a life consumed by responsibilities and stressors with deep relaxation. Come to this class to move your body, relax your mind, and enrich your soul.
