Kim has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and is excited to have completed her 200 Hour National Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2018 through Heartwood Yoga.
Between Kims husband, 2 kids, a dog, cat and running several businesses, life can be hectic. We all juggle the demands of a busy life these days. Taking care of ourselves is so important. Kim want to share yoga with you and motivate you to prioritize time for self-love and self-care. She is passionate about Yoga and meditation as a path to wellness, mindfulness and living a balanced life. Her wish is for you to leave my classes feeling good. When we are happy we can better “expand the good” to others around us including our families and extending out to friends, acquaintances and out into the world.
Come prepared to have a wonderful time, get in shape (inside and out) and enjoy an inspirational message during a well-deserved relaxation period at the end of each class.
