With each change of season Ayurveda recommends a gentle cleanse to help support the body through the seasonal transition. The move from winter to spring is the most important time of year for a cleanse. Often times we are feeling heavy from an indulgent holiday season, unmotivated from broken New Years resolutions and our digestive tract and our minds need a break.
This in an online program, each day you will receive an email with a short video with instructions for the day, tips, recipes or yoga poses to practice at home. You will also get personal guidance and support via a private Facebook group.
Over 7 days we will slowly eliminate caffeine, sugar, dairy and meat (its all temporary!) We will end with 3 days of a mono-diet of Kitchari, an Ayurvedic cure-all dish that will leave you feeling light in body and sprit.
You can expect to feel energized, have better sleep, improved digestion and better elimination.
