Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a fluid and dynamic sequence of postures woven together via the breath. Utilizing the tristhana method {asana, breath, focus} we will explore the physical series while cultivating a deep internal awareness which ultimately leads to liberation.

During the Intro to Ashtanga course you’ll be guided safely to become familiar with the primary series. Truly an all levels style, each individual is accepted where they are and granted the freedom to utilize modifications.
